These images symbolize an affirmation of life through the poignancy of memory and love. They are compassionate and reassuring in that they mirror our humanity by allowing us to peek into our wistful desires to capture the ephemeral and transend time.
These digital pigment prints are made on an Iris printer. This process produces state of the art archival prints. My photographs are taken using traditional film (analog process). The images are unaltered and intact, with no layering or montage. All formatting and composition is done through the camera lens. The sole change I make to the photographs is in reference to the color, which I do on a computer. This allows me to enrich and deepen the emotional impact of the images.
